Our Story
Areewa Cake & Dessert Studio began as a labor of love between Areeba and Waqar, a creative duo who are also life partners. The name “Areewa” is a fusion of their initials, symbolizing the seamless blend of their talents and dedication. Areeba, a gifted graphic designer, transformed her passion for art into edible creations, bringing her designs to life in the form of exquisite custom cakes and desserts. Waqar, with his expertise in accounting and business management, ensures that every piece of the business puzzle fits perfectly.
Together, they have turned Areewa Cake & Dessert Studio into more than just a bakery—it’s a place where art meets flavor, and every creation is a testament to their shared vision and love for what they do.
PROCESS to Place Wedding Order
Step 1
Secure your booking
As soon as you have booked your venue, it is best to get in touch to check my availability.
It is only myself who designs, bakes and decorates all the cakes at STUDIO, therefore I am only able to take on one wedding cake order per week to maintain my high standards. As a result, certain dates do get booked up well in advance.
If you love my style, then you can secure your wedding date with “AREEWA” by paying a $100 non-refundable booking fee. The design of your wedding cake can be finalized later.
Step 2
Design & Tasting Box
If you’d like to sample my cakes, you can order a Tasting Box for an additional fee.
Each box includes all eight flavors from my menu.Afterward, we can schedule a Design Consultation at our studio, where we can discuss your ideas and you’re welcome to share your mood board.
Following the consultation, I will provide you with a selection of cake sketches along with detailed quotes. We can then finalize your wedding cake design and flavor choices via email.
Step 3
Leave rest to US!
Two months before your wedding day, I will be in touch to confirm your chosen wedding cake design and flavours.
This is when your remaining balance is also due.
I will liaise directly with your wedding venue to arrange delivery and set up of your wedding cake, so all you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy your wedding day.
