PROCESS to Place Wedding Order
Step 1
Secure your booking
As soon as you have booked your venue, it is best to get in touch with us to check our availability. At Areewa Cake & Dessert Studio, we take pride in designing, baking, and decorating all our cakes in-house, which means we are only able to take on one wedding cake order per week to maintain our high standards. As a result, certain dates do get booked well in advance.
If you love our style, you can secure your wedding date with Areewa by paying a $100 non-refundable booking fee. The design of your wedding cake can be finalized later.
Step 2
Design & Tasting Box
If you’d like to sample our cakes, you can order a Tasting Box for an additional fee. Each box includes all eight flavors from our menu. Afterward, we can schedule a Design Consultation at our studio, where we’ll discuss your ideas, and you’re welcome to share your mood board.
Following the consultation, we will provide you with a selection of cake sketches along with detailed quotes. We can then finalize your wedding cake design and flavor choices via email.
Step 3
Leave rest to US!
Two months before your wedding day, we will be in touch to confirm your chosen wedding cake design and flavors. This is also when your remaining balance will be due.
We will liaise directly with your wedding venue to arrange delivery and setup of your wedding cake, so all you need to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy your special day.
